Leah Von Kreman

Leah Von Kreman holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management and brings experience spanning talent strategy, people analytics, and organizational operations across both startup and corporate environments. Her interests sit at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and emerging risk. She is particularly motivated by efforts that strengthen awareness, adaptability, and critical thinking in complex environments. Outside of work, Leah runs a small backyard egg operation, and can often be found combing Florida’s beaches and creek beds for fossils, happily trading spreadsheets for shark teeth and sunshine.
