Master of Ceremonies: Day 2

&

Leading the Applied Training session on:

Autopilot Off. Awareness On.

A 45-minute workshop on intuition, body awareness, and catching your own automatic mind

Most of our worst decisions, online and off, aren’t made consciously. They’re made on autopilot: the reflexive click, the reaction we didn’t choose, the gut feeling we ignored (or blindly trusted). This session is about noticing the difference, in real time.

We’ll blend body-based awareness practices (gentle movement, breath, grounding) with practical mental techniques for catching automatic thinking before it runs the show. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use the same day: at your desk, in your inbox, and in conversations where your instincts are trying to tell you something.

No mat or experience required. Come curious.
